We like it "Green"

Our passion for good and genuine things lead us to make production and management choice with the least environmental impact.

Most of ingredients we use are local (Emilia Romagna region) and Italians. With the aim to use Italian hop, in 2012 we started an experimental growing in the Ferrarese countryside (approx 50 kilometres from Bologna), with a first selection of root stocks.

Our beers are only served on tap, in glasses... therefore, no waste of materials for bottles or cans, neither of energy to recycle them!

Furthermore, worn out malt is used to obtain an excellent salty cake, called Corteccia! 

Furnitures have been designed following an innovative project focused on reusing and recovery of materials.
